About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Desk Transformation Consultant to join our growing team

Responsibilities

  • 6–8 years of solid experience in IT Service Desk
  • Strong background in service transformation and solutions design
  • Must have consulting and automation experience
  • Presales / solutioning experience is a plus
  • Exposure to GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, and other AI frameworks is highly preferred
  • Able to partner with cross-functional teams and simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Flexible with work hours

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
