Role Overview
:
The Service Desk Transformation Consultant will lead transformation initiatives for Service Desk operations, with a focus on automation, AI-driven solutions, and process optimization. The role requires strong consulting experience, BPO exposure, and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Qualifications
:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in IT.
• Experience in transformation and solutions for Service Desk accounts.
• At least 6–8 years of experience in an IT Service Desk.
• Prior consulting and automation experience is required.
• Presales/solution experience.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• BPO experience is required.
