Group Training Manager - BYD Cebu

Job Summary

The Group Training Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales training programs across the organization. This role ensures that all sales consultants are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to perform at a high level and consistently meet sales targets. The Group Training Manager works closely with sales leadership to identify training needs, deliver effective learning experiences, and drive continuous improvement in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage structured sales training programs for new hires and existing team members.

  • Deliver training on core sales topics including:

  • Prospecting and lead qualification

  • Effective sales presentations and communication
  • Objection handling and closing techniques
  • Follow-up strategies and pipeline management
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching, and refresher trainings.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to identify performance gaps and provide targeted training interventions.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials, documentation, and progress reports.
  • Track participation, performance improvements, and overall training impact.
  • Ensure alignment of training programs with business goals and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales training or sales management role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and performance drivers.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate individuals at different skill levels.
