Job Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or similar programs.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in negotiation for lease and acquisition, land lease/purchase negotiations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in management of lots owned or leased by Petron
  • Prepares and manages all documents of the lots in assigned areas
  • Coordinates with government offices for documentations needed
  • Handles lease negotiation for renewal and new COSS sites and depot/terminal sites
  • Conducts due diligence on ownership documents (TCT, tax decs, RPT payments, etc)
  • Prepares lease kits and lease agreements
  • Discusses lease provisions with lessor
  • Ensures timely payment of leases
  • Coordinates with counterparts in RS, NDG, NFB, Operations Group on details related to the lease and lease provisions
  • Handles negotiation for purchase/sale of properties
  • Prepares purchase/sale kits and contract to sell/deed of sale
  • Discusses contract provisions with lot seller/buyer
  • Ensures timely payment of taxes relative the sale/purchase lot
