The Leasing Officer is responsible for the following:

  • Formulation of competitive product pricing and conduct of financial viability study to determine if there is market potential
  • Conducts the delivery of land acquisition targets through location evaluation, feasibility study, recommendation for project development, and projection of sales and revenue
  • Achievement of commercial properties' revenue targets
  • Conducts Market and Competitor scan
  • Assists in the transition of construction site to Property Management and Homeowner's Association
  • Prompt coordination with brokers and local government units to get details and requirements for prospect property and with concerned departments for conduct of preliminary analysis
  • Serves as point of contact for commercial property tenants about payment terms and collection
  • Ensures legal due diligence of prospect properties
  • Compliance to property acquisition requirements, and government permits for license to sell

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Financial Management, Economics or any Business Related Degree
  • At least 3-5 years experience in the real estate industry
  • At least 3-5 years experience in land banking, market analysis and financial reports
