  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City- Condominium Residential Project.
  • Preferably someone who is a graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Course.
  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • With minimum of Eight (8) years in the same capacity as Property Manager.
  • With more than Eight (8) years in Property Management and operations.
  • Experienced in handling tenant relations.
  • Coordinate schedules of appointment and meeting with the board or client.
  • Constantly prepares and creates report and analysis to be presented and forwarded to immediate superior.
  • Minimum of Eight (8) years in handling Accounting Staff, Technical Staff, Customer services and housekeeping and Security.
  • With knowledge in the technical side and building equipment of a residential/commercial property
  • With knowledge in handling financial statements and billings in a residential/commercial office property
  • With sense of urgency
  • With Pollution Control Officer/ Safety Officer/ Energy Manager Certification is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 per month
