Job Overview: We're looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Sales Representative to drive subscription sales. This role involves identifying potential clients, pitching our subscription services, and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate and a knack for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new subscription sales opportunities.
  • Present and promote our subscription services to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client needs to tailor subscription solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and renewals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or subscription-based services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving market needs and company strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
