About the Role
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales for the company by expanding the customer base, maintaining client relationships, and introducing new products and services to the market. The position requires a results-driven individual who can work independently and collaboratively in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through direct selling and client visits
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prepare annual and quarterly sales goals, plans, and reports
- Conduct area visits and promotional activities to introduce company products and services
- Present and promote products to create awareness and generate interest in the company's offerings
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and territory analyses
- Recommend improvements in products, services, and policies based on market trends and results
- Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends through training, workshops, and networking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree (4–5 years)
- At least 1 year of quota-driven sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate with strong administrative abilities
- Willing to be assigned and perform field work
- Can start immediately
