About the role

As a Customer Sales Representative at Zirconia Inc', you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to support our continued growth. This full-time customer-facing role is based in our Makati City office, where you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and delivering a first-class experience to build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
  2. Provide accurate product information and advice to assist customers in making purchasing decisions
  3. Process orders, handle returns and resolve customer complaints effectively
  4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise sales
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns
  7. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and identify areas for process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, preferably in a call centre or retail environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A positive, resilient and adaptable attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. Basic knowledge of the products and services offered by Zirconia Inc' is preferred
