Job Description

  • Developing New Items and Sales Channels
  • Facebook campaigns, driving traffic and leads.
  • To introduce the product in the market.
  • Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities
  • Nurturing the leads and understanding their issues inside out
  • Generate leads, build lasting client relationships, and meet sales targets
  • Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections
  • Managing all selling operations and activities within a particular territory or zone or industry
  • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Residing in Parañaque or Las Piñas and willing to source and maintain clientele in North NCR and North Luzon areas
  • Hit sales targets to achieve high income, such as sales bonuses and collection bonuses
  • Knowledge of multi-channel marketing and sales strategy principles
  • Strong writing, formatting, and editing skills (email, copy, slide decks)
  • Driver's License (Required)

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Pioneer Sales Team.

The position are responsible for end-to-end management of sales funnel, starting from lead generation to lead conversion. Some of the major responsibilities associated with The position include:

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in wholesale or retail.
  • Strong Facebook marketing skills, including content creation and ad management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
