JOB SUMMARY

Be at the heart of our learning journey You'll design, develop, and deliver transformative training programs that truly make an impact — from the first spark of an idea to its successful execution.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Needs Analysis: Plan and conduct diagnostics for client engagements, and prepare insight-rich reports.

· Program Design: Research and create fresh, relevant content and experiential learning activities tailored to client needs.

· Material Development: Craft high-impact training materials — workbooks, structured exercises, case studies, and presentation decks.

· Delivery & Facilitation: Lead or support training programs with energizers, simulations, and structured exercises.

· End-to-End Experience Management: Plan, coordinate, and ensure smooth execution of sessions.

· Training Documentation: Capture outputs — activity flow, trainer insights, participant feedback, photos/videos, and questions raised.

· Reporting: Prepare professional post-workshop reports and documentation.

· Other Duties: Support ad hoc initiatives or special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Associate Level: 1+ year in Training/L&D (Fresh grads with strong potential welcome)

· Specialist Level: 3+ years in Training/L&D

· Officer Level: 6+ years in Training/L&D, with experience leading projects & client engagements

· You must also be skilled in:

· Managing multiple projects & timelines

· Communicating clearly & confidently with stakeholders

· Coordinating, negotiating, and delivering on time

Additional Requirements:

· Strong verbal & non-verbal communication skills

· Candidates must provide their video introduction.

· Willing to work long hours when needed

· Must reside near Makati (Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pasay, Manila, etc.)
