Training & Development Officer / Specialist

Work Address: Makati City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 Days Onsite, 1–2 Days Offsite)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Training & Development Officer or Specialist who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences. You will be responsible for the full cycle of training—needs analysis, design, facilitation, and evaluation—ensuring that every program is impactful, relevant, and aligned with our goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis: Conduct diagnostics for client/internal training needs and deliver insight-driven reports.
  • Program Design: Develop relevant, up-to-date, and engaging content and experiential learning activities.
  • Material Development: Create comprehensive training resources including workbooks, case studies, and presentation decks.
  • Facilitation: Deliver or support facilitation of workshops with interactive activities, simulations, and energizers.
  • End-to-End Management: Handle the planning, scheduling, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sessions.
  • Documentation: Record session outputs, insights, participant feedback, and media documentation.
  • Reporting: Prepare professional post-training reports with recommendations and observations.
  • Other Duties: Assist in special L&D or organizational projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Level: At least 1 year of experience in Training or L&D (Fresh grads with strong potential are welcome)
  • Specialist Level: 3+ years of solid experience in Training & Development
  • Officer Level: 6+ years, with project leadership and client-facing experience

You should also have:

  • Strong project and time management skills across multiple initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong coordination, planning, and execution skills
  • A proactive, learner-focused mindset

Additional Requirements:

  • Must provide a video introduction
  • Must have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication
  • Willing to work extended hours as needed
  • Applicants from BPO companies will not be considered
  • Must reside near Makati (Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pasay, Manila, etc.)
