JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. You will be responsible for assessing training needs, creating effective learning content, and supporting the continuous development of our workforce.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify training needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultation with managers.
  • Design and develop engaging training programs, materials, and resources (e.g., manuals, e-learning modules, presentations).
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions across various departments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on training program outcomes, including participant feedback and post-training performance metrics.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, facilities, and equipment.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve training strategies.
  • Support onboarding programs and ensure new employees receive proper training to succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training supports business goals and workforce development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any human resource related course
  • With proven experience as a Training Specialist or Corporate Trainer is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design instructional content and assess learning outcomes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php28,000.00 per month
