Sales Executive

Job description:
- Ensure that all clients concerns and complaints are being address in a timely manner
- Ensure that clients will be ask to provide feedback
- Ensure to meet Dentist clients during sales visit
- Make demonstration and presentaiton laboratory products
- Establish new dentist cases
- Maintain and accurate records and proper endorsement to admin team and operations team
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings if necessary
- To ensure that we contact existing and potential customers by means of phone, email or face to face to check from time to time if there are some needs and concerns
- Handles customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Assist dentist cases to connect with operations team
QULIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess 1 - 2 years of experience
- The ability and desire to sell
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- A confident and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
- Target driven
- Willing to go on field
