Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract potential tenants through online platforms, referrals, networking, and other marketing channels.
- Market and promote available condo units to maximize occupancy rates.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting unit features and amenities to prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with property management for unit availability, turnovers, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, viewings, and closed leases.
- Provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy status, and market trends.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants.
Qualifications
- TRUSTWORTHY, PROACTIVE, AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
- Knowledge of condominium property leasing processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- With a pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, sourcing, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with online listing platforms.
