About the role

PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking an experienced Invoicing Analyst to join our dynamic team in Tondo, Manila City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing and managing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients. Your attention to detail and financial acumen will be essential in this role as you contribute to the overall financial success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and process invoices for clients in an accurate and timely manner
  2. Liaise with customers to address any invoice queries or discrepancies
  3. Maintain detailed records of all invoices and payments
  4. Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting
  5. Support the accounts team with various administrative tasks as required
  6. Identify opportunities to improve invoicing processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role
  2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets
  5. Good time management and organisational skills
  6. Adaptable and able to work well in a team environment
