**Job Title: Business Operations Manager**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee consultants and employees across multiple businesses, ensuring smooth operations and that tasks are completed accurately and on time. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Team Management:**
- Oversee and manage consultants and employees, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Communicate with team members to provide clear instructions, set expectations, and follow up on deliverables.
2. **Task Coordination:**
- Manage workloads and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and business needs.
- Utilize to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure team members are updating their notes and meeting deadlines.
3. **Operational Support:**
- Assist in organizing and planning daily schedules using Gmail calendars.
- Support the execution of personal and business-related tasks, including research, ordering, and restocking items.
- Update and maintain Excel and Google Sheets as needed.
4. **Project Execution:**
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed with speed and attention to detail.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
5. **Administrative Duties:**
- Manage communication on Upwork, including hiring and following up on tasks.
- Ensure all business operations are running smoothly, with nothing missed.
**Qualifications:**
1. **Experience:**
- Proven experience in managing consultants and employees, with a track record of successful team coordination.
- Strong understanding of task management tools such as , Upwork, Slack, and Excel.
2. **Skills:**
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
3. **Requirements:**
- Must be available to work from 10 AM to 6 PM EST.
- Must have a good memory and be detail-oriented, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and tools.
