Brand Strategist / Social Media Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: 20 hours/week
Pay: $10–$12/hour depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Overview
We're hiring a top-tier Virtual Assistant who specializes in branding, social media, and Facebook advertising. You'll support three brands:?- Real Estate Investment Business?- Traditional Real Estate Team?- Local Agent Community??We're looking for someone creative, proactive, and fluent in English with experience managing high-volume content, posting across multiple platforms, and ensuring all content is on-brand and strategy-driven.??This person MUST be a self-starter, committed to delivering exceptional results and is comfortable being held accountable for results. This is designed to be a long-term position.
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Organize and repurpose existing photo/video content
- Write engaging, on-brand captions in fluent English
- Post consistently to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Propose creative ideas for brand visibility and engagement
Brand Management
- Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
- Build trust and recognition with a professional, polished online presence
Facebook Ads
- Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns for two areas:
1. Investment Business
2. Agent Events and Brand Awareness
- Create and test custom audiences and retargeting strategies
- Monitor performance and provide reports with improvement suggestions
Community Engagement
- Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions
- Respond to messages in brand voice or flag them for follow-up
Content Organization
- Maintain a Google Drive or Dropbox system for easy content access
- Tag and file all media assets by brand, content type, and date
Accountability & Communication
- Attend a regular weekly Zoom check-in
- Maintain an accountability tracker for tasks, due dates, and priorities
Skills & Tools
- Excellent written English, especially for caption writing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Facebook Ads
- Tools: Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, Dropbox, Asana (or similar)
- Addt'l skills: YouTube channel organization, website editing (e.g., Squarespace or WordPress)
