I'm growing a premium personal brand focused on career wellness, lifestyle content, YouTube, and high-end digital services. I'm looking for a smart, creative, detail-obsessed Social Media + Influencer Manager who can help me elevate my brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.

This role is not for someone who just posts content and calls it a day. I need someone who understands content strategy, social growth, and how to turn raw ideas into clean, scroll-stopping content that connects. This is a key role on my team as I revamp my entire visual and video identity.

What You'll Do:
Manage social media content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts)
Repurpose blog + YouTube content into short-form, shareable posts
Collaborate with a video editor to cut engaging reels, stories, and shorts
Write captions with a clear, feminine, confident voice
Track insights + performance across all platforms weekly
Research trends, hashtags, and soundbites to keep content fresh
Help prepare digital content for blog, Pinterest, and newsletter repurposing
Support brand partnerships, YouTube optimization, and mini launch rollouts
Details:
Part-Time: 5–15 hours/week
Pay: $5–$15/hr USD (based on experience + skill level)
Remote + Flexible, async-friendly — check-in required 1–2x/week
Bonus if you're comfortable with basic Canva or Notion usage

Have experience managing social for influencers, content creators, or personal brands
