We are looking for a highly organized, experienced, and professional Virtual Assistant or Digital Branding Specialist to help us set up and streamline all digital communication and branding systems for our bookkeeping business. This is a one-time setup project, with the possibility of ongoing work across multiple companies.

Your primary focus will be optimizing our LinkedIn presence and engagement, setting up our RingCentral business phone system, creating a professional email structure, and laying the groundwork for a consistent brand identity across platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

Define and document our brand tone, voice, and visual style

Set up and optimize our LinkedIn business page and professional personal profile

Create and launch an initial content and engagement strategy for LinkedIn

Set up and test RingCentral (voicemail greeting, call routing, voicemail-to-email notifications)

Organize Gmail with labels, filters, and auto-replies so every client and lead is tracked and followed up on

Create email templates and professional signatures

Make sure no customer inquiry goes unanswered or disorganized

Help structure our Notion workspace for SOPs, content planning, and internal workflow

Design branded social media templates and set up a basic posting schedule (Instagram, Facebook)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in branding, digital communications, or social media coordination

Proven success managing and growing LinkedIn engagement for service businesses

Strong written and spoken English

Familiarity with RingCentral and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Able to work independently and deliver a polished result

Must provide a portfolio and screenshots of past work
