
Skilled Social Media Manager/Designer for Dynamic Brands

We're a high-energy, forward-thinking company juggling two brands that are very different — one brand has a young and fresh, hype-filled vibe of a Door-to-Door sales company, and the other is a sharp, modern business brokerage that's all about professionalism and sleek aesthetics. We're growing very fast, and we need a Social Media Manager who's ready to dive into both worlds right away Whether you're cranking out bold, eye-catching posts for an up-and-coming sales brand or keeping things crisp and clean for a sophisticated brokerage, we want someone who can rise to the challenge and put their creativity and skills on full display.
Your Core Responsibilities:
You'll manage two accounts at first, with room to grow as we scale if that's what you desire too. Your role will involve producing top-tier static posts, staying on top of deadlines, and maintaining a consistent, authentic voice for each brand. If you thrive on creative freedom but understand the importance of staying true to brand values, you're exactly what we're looking for
Key Duties & Workflow:
1. Creative Content Creation
Design high-quality STATIC posts with top-tier graphic abilities (Canva Pro is a must, bonus if you're a wizard with Adobe Suite)
Capture the essence of each brand: bold, energetic, and playful for the Door-to-Door brand, and sleek, clean, and professional for the business brokerage. We have a skilled team of videographers and Reels editors that we currently work with, so the posts you do will primarily be static/still with no video editing required.
2. Follow our brand kits for colors and fonts, but feel free to unleash your creativity within those guidelines
Content will vary day-to-day depending on what is needed, but many posts will follow a similar template, many of which we already have created for drag-and-drop simplicity — making your job easier and allowing you to focus on the fun part. That doesn't mean the templates can't be redesigned by you in the future, but this will allow the onboarding process for you to remain as simple as possible until you're fully familiar with our brands.
3. Timely Turnarounds
Posts need a 24-hour turnaround from the Upgrade to see actual infont the content details are provided. We're a fast-paced company, so if you can work efficiently and produce top-notch work quickly, this is the place for you
4. Clear Communication
We thrive on collaboration — keeping the lines of communication open is key. Let us know if you need clarification or run into challenges; we'll always have your back and will always assume the best. We expect replies from all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers within a 24 hour window at the most.
5. Creative Autonomy
We want you to bring your unique perspective to the table. While we have brand guidelines, we trust you to make creative decisions that will truly elevate each brand's voice. Think outside the box, but always keep our audience in mind.
6. AI Skills (Bonus)
If you're great at using AI tools to create content that feels real and human (not overly AI-generated), we'd love to see that in action
7. Post Frequency
While post frequency may vary, many of them will follow the same template, so you'll have a lot of consistency in your workload. You'll work with us to schedule and plan posts in advance, giving you plenty of time to get creative
Ideal Candidate Traits
1. Highly creative with a passion for design and social media
2. Skilled in Canva Pro (Adobe Suite experience is a plus)
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction while still offering creative input
4. Comfortable working on multiple accounts, maintaining different tones and voices for each
5. Timely, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
6. A self-starter who doesn't mind thinking outside the box and coming up with new creative ways to showcase our brands
7. Proficient in English spelling and grammar
Previous social media management and design experience is a bonus, but we're not looking for someone with a decade of experience — just someone who's eager to learn and grow
