Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

  • Manage all restaurant functions including opening, closing, food preparation, service flow, and overall cleanliness.
  • Oversee dining and kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Implement and uphold company policies, operating procedures, and quality benchmarks.

Staff Leadership

  • Hire, train, supervise, and assess team members.
  • Organize employee schedules and manage shift coverage needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training to sustain excellent performance and service standards.

Guest Experience

  • Guarantee outstanding service, food quality, and ambiance for every guest.
  • Address customer concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor satisfaction levels and develop strategies to enhance the guest experience.

Financial Oversight

  • Track daily sales, costs, and prepare financial reports.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and control operational expenses.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, deposits, and financial accuracy.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Adhere to all sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide training to staff on food safety standards and safe handling procedures.

Marketing & Business Growth

  • Execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives to boost sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, seasonal offers, or events.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management or similar leadership experience.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, restaurant operations, and guest service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, and MS Office applications.
