Job Summary:

The Outlet Supervisor ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the Kitchen area. They are responsible for supervising service staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the Cooks and Managers in achieving service, sales, and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Food Service

Monitor daily operations to ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.

Supervise and ensure the proper mise en place and readiness of the dining area before service.

Staff Supervision & Coordination

Schedule and assign duties to service staff based on operational needs.

Lead daily briefings, communicate promotions, special events, or operational issues.

Coach and monitor service crew to ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.

POS

Oversee cashiering procedures; ensure accuracy in billing and POS transactions.

Assist in daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation.

Cleanliness & Compliance

Ensure cleanliness of dining area, pantry, and service stations.

Monitor hygiene standards of service staff and compliance with safety regulations.

Inventory & Supplies

Monitor par levels of service items (menus, utensils, condiments, etc.).

Coordinate with kitchen and storekeeper to replenish stocks as needed.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage service.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Familiarity with POS systems, basic reporting, and inventory control.
