Job Description

  • Ensures quality, fine-dining guest service that adheres to the corporate, regional, and local Raffles standards through daily inspection of outlet functions and operations.
  • Prepares outlet reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, and participates in the budgeting process.
  • Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant, fine-dining managerial experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
  • Service-oriented, high guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage operations, loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.
