Job Summary

The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure financial targets are met. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage budgets, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare forecasts, and manage budgets
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to achieve operational excellence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Identify process improvements and implement workflow optimizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
  • Report on business metrics, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business management or operations roles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, Google Suite, and business management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule & Location
  • Work schedule: 8 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Location: In office with occasional travel
