Job Summary

The plays a key role in expanding our Food Service Division by finding and securing the best new store locations for our Minute Burger franchisees. This role combines real estate scouting, lease negotiations, and franchise support — ensuring that every new site contributes to the growth and profitability of the brand.

You'll spend most of your time in the field assessing potential sites, negotiating with lessors, and working with franchisees to open successful stores.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Site Scouting & Evaluation

• Identify, survey, and evaluate potential new store locations.
• Analyze trade areas, foot traffic, and competition to recommend the most profitable sites.
• Ensure new sites strengthen, not compete with, existing store markets.

Lease Negotiation & Documentation

• Works closely with franchisees to lead lease negotiations with property owners/lessors.
• Prepare and review lease contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Manage all supporting documents required for site acquisition and rental processing.

Franchisee & Store Support

• Assist franchisees in securing and finalizing site agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support underperforming stores (e.g., through relocation or local store marketing initiatives).

Reporting & Coordination

• Align development plans with Area Managers and Business Development teams.
• Submit weekly site updates and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination with maintenance teams during site inspections.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Officer, with exposure to real estate, site development, or business expansion.
• Strong background in site acquisition, leasing, and franchise/business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
• Willing and able to relocate or be based in Naga, Bicol.
• Comfortable with 70% fieldwork, traveling frequently for site visits and paperwork.
