About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Medical Records Officer to join our dynamic team at We Hope Medical Clinic in Naga City Branch. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our patients' medical records, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation to support the high-quality care we provide.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately file, store, and retrieve medical records in both physical and electronic formats
  • Ensure all patient information is entered into our database in a timely and organised manner
  • Assist in the preparation of medical reports and documents as requested by healthcare providers
  • Implement and maintain effective record management systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with the medical team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to patient records
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all patient information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical records or similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using medical record management software and electronic health record systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of patient information
