Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to speak to American clients with no accent, effectively understand and process client requests, and successfully be able to have a relaxed 'normal' conversation with clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a great ability to read people/use effective communication skills to support their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Handle outbound calls for follow-ups and service confirmations, including calls to process payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and securely when required.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills

  • Fantastic English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone conversation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Experience in call center environments or customer service roles (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
