About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager - Food and Beverage to join the team at Agrifund AP Finance Corp. This is a full-time role based in Tarlac City, Tarlac. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the company's food and beverage department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery that aligns with the company's mission and values.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including scheduling, staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
  2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  3. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of food and beverage staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  4. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery, making improvements where necessary
  5. Liaise with other departmental managers to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
  6. Analyse key performance indicators and implement data-driven strategies to drive continuous improvement
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  2. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
  3. Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation
  4. Proficient in budget management, inventory control, and cost-saving strategies
  5. Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, supply chain management, and quality control
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and cross-functional teams
  7. Familiar with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
