I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

  1. Manage the manpower requisition of each department.

  2. Assist HR Coordinator in screening eligible candidates.

  3. Coordinate and schedule for trial applicants.

  4. Coordinate the assessment and approval of each application to HR Manager/OIC and management.

  5. Assist and coordinate the deployment of employees to respective department.

  6. Ensures completeness of pre-employment requirements of newly-hired employees and establishes the 201 File.

  7. Monitors expiration dates of appointment papers and reminds the HR supervisor through memo of the expiry date.

Timekeeping and Performance

  1. Monitor employee performance, daily attendance & activities.

  2. Maintain daily time record and attendance monitoring of each employees.

  3. Maintaining record of employees' absences and tardiness.

  4. Conduct 1st month, 3rd months, 6th months and 1 year employee performance evaluations and advise recommendations.

  5. Submits timely, accurate and complete timekeeping of all employees.

  6. Processes employees' benefits on time. Such as filing, claims, refund reimbursement, payment and distribution.

Record Management

  1. Update and input employee data to HRIS.

  2. Maintaining records of employee's information (201 Files)

  3. Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.

  4. Update and record each employee's incident reports.

Labor Relation

  1. Maintain good relationship with all employees and officers.

  2. Analyzing and implementing of company policies and procedures

  3. Interpret and notify all employees on employment legislation.

  4. Dealing and listening to employee's concerns and grievances.

  5. Communicating with employees (Interviewing, Counselling, & Disciplining)

  6. Implementing appropriate disciplinary actions.

  7. Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

  8. Preparing and submitting all needed documents/reports as may be required by the management.

  9. Helps in the organization and preparation of company activities such as Christmas parties, anniversaries, sports fest, team building and others.

  10. Assists all employees on personnel and administrative transactions they may have.

  11. Reports all violations of the company Policies and procedures or any untoward incident within 24 hours.

  12. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or relevant years of experience with the same capacity/experience in HR functions.

EXPERIENCE

  • With at least one (1) year experience in HR functions or same capacity.
  • Familiar processing of required reports for government agencies like SSS, Phil Health, HDMF/PAG-IBIG, DOLE.
  • Ability to maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism and rates.
  • Experienced in handling purchasing and administrative functions like securing government permits and licenses necessary for the business operations is an advantage.

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
