About the role

As the Marketing Manager at SOUTHERN ARMS CORPORATION', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing and communications strategies. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental, and will see you leading the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns that align with the organisation's overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
  2. Oversee the creation of engaging content across various digital and traditional channels
  3. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities for growth
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven optimisations
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement new tactics to remain competitive
  7. Manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B industry
  2. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information
  4. Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
  5. Experience in managing and leading a team of marketing professionals
  6. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
