About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our dynamic team at Golden Century Marketing. In this full-time role based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations to support our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing IT strategies and policies to align with the company's goals
  • Managing the IT team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department
  • Identifying and addressing IT-related risks and vulnerabilities, and implementing appropriate security measures
  • Evaluating and recommending new technologies, software, and hardware to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Liaising with department heads to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Providing technical support and training to employees as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • With 2-5 years of experience in an IT management or senior IT role, preferably in the marketing or related industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise-level IT systems, including networks, servers, databases, and security protocols
  • Proven ability to lead and manage an IT team, including mentoring and developing team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience in IT project delivery
  • Adaptability and willingness to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
