THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE / ONSITE ROLE
Location: Mining Road, Angeles City, Pampanga
Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Manage, coordinate, and maintain files, records, and documentation (requests, orders, invoices, etc.).
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Support preparation of business documents, reports, and proposals.
- Maintain and update online registrations and databases.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with projects and tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
- Responsible, motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Previous administrative or customer service/call center experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
