Admin Staff

Snooze Nook is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Staff professional to support our growing business across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office operations while providing administrative support to staff and management.

Snooze Nook

A fully automated vending massage chair service, aiming to provide an on-the-go relaxation experience for busy individuals to snooze and unwind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and coordinate office procedures
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors and respond to general inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Maintain office policies and procedures documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Cross-check sales reports and cash deposits from all branches
  • File work permits and handle other government-related paperwork
  • Run government errands when required
  • Support in the ingress of new branches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (fresh grads are welcome)
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in a multi-location business
  • Proficiency in Google Workspaces, especially Google Sheets for scheduling and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for inter-branch travel

Work Environment
