Admin Staff (After Sales) – Urgent Hiring
Location: Bulacan | Can Start ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and prepare inbound spare parts
- Handle parts requests from Sales, Service & Repair
- Report missing, wrong, or defective parts
- Monitor pending orders and outsourced parts
- Assist with local sourcing and purchasing
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Amenable to work in MIDC Industrial Park, Guiguinto Bulacan
- Willing to under go training in Bagong Barrio, Caloocan (Paid Training)
- Can start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
