Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist and ensures accurate documentation, timely processing of sales transactions, and coordination between clients, sales personnel, logistics, accounting, and other departments to support smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process sales documents (quotations, SO, DR, invoices).
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, schedules, and document requirements.
  • Monitor and update sales data in the system (ERP/CRM/Excel).
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for deliveries and stock availability.
  • Maintain organized customer files, price lists, and product records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and assist in basic customer concerns.
  • Support sales team with presentations, proposals, and documentation needs.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all sales-related documents.
  • Monitor emails, follow-ups, and communication for the sales department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Admin or similar administrative role (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
