Admin & Finance Assistant (ASAP | MAKATI)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Budgeting and Financial Planning – Prepare weekly budgets in coordination with management.
• Bookkeeping and Accounting – Record financial transactions. Maintain accurate ledgers and prepare monthly bank reconciliations. Process payments to suppliers, staff, and partners (hotels, airlines, etc.).
• Invoice Management – Record and file client's invoices. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the invoice. Double checking of the attachments such as rcp, proof of payment, official receipts, acknowledgment receipts and other important documents.
• Financial Reporting – Generate profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Payroll Management – Ensure timely remittance of taxes, social security, and other contributions.
• Tax Compliance and Audits – Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, income tax, etc.). Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Office Management – Oversee general office operations, supplies, and maintenance. Ensure office policies and procedures are up to date and followed.
• Vendor and Partner Coordination – Manage contracts and payments with service providers (airlines, hotels, insurance). Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and handle administrative follow-ups.
• Support to Tour Operations – Tracking payments from clients. Processing refunds or commissions.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Financial literacy - Understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and reporting
• Attention to detail - Accuracy in financial data entry and report preparation
• Organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple administrative and financial tasks simultaneously
• Communication skills - Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Knowledge of travel industry - Understanding how travel bookings, commissions, and packages work is a plus.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
