Admin Assistant Intern

The Admin Assistant shall be responsible for inventory management procedures, provide technical assistance functions to the administrative department from time-to-time; maintain list and databases in an organized manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support in tracking accounts receivable (AR).
- Assist in monitoring deliverables and maintaining documentation.
- Help prepare purchase requests (PRs) and payment requests.
- Coordinate basic logistics, such as travel bookings and accommodations.
- Follow up with Finance on delivery receipts and sales invoices.
- Support the processing of government licenses and permits.
- Assist in facilitating local and international shipments.
- Help update administrative documentation and company policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team.m
- Must be able to work onsite at our Makati City office
- This is a paid internship, with interns expected to render up to 300 hours over the course of the program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
