The role will be responsible for driving the company's profitability through effective financial, analytical, and strategic management of assigned Modern Trade and General Trade accounts. The role ensures the development, implementation, and monitoring of customer business plans that achieve sales and profit targets within the approved budget.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement strategic financial and account plans to meet or exceed profitability and sales targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and consultations with account representatives; document interactions and agreements using Talksheets.
  • Track, analyze, and reconcile customer Profit & Loss (P&L) on a monthly basis, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure alignment.
  • Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) in coordination with Modern Trade and General Trade Business Development Managers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store promotional activities, including off-take performance, trade support, and budget utilization.
  • Ensure all assigned account spending remains within approved budget limits and aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct store checks and trade visits (approximately 20–30% of the workweek), using Store Score metrics to assess in-store execution and compliance.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Sales Finance Section Manager and Credit & Collection Team to reconcile account expenses, validate deductions, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide financial insights and business recommendations that support sales strategies, pricing, and profitability improvement initiatives.
