BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and implement real estate financing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Review and approve or endorse real estate financing applications in accordance with the company's credit policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential credit and operational risks related to real estate loan account.
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Plan, direct, and oversee all real estate financing operations, including loan, origination, credit evaluation, approval, and documentation.
  • Strengthen partnership with developers, brokers, and other institutions to generate loan business.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

QUALIFICATION AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in real estate financing, credit management, or lending operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong background in credit evaluation, real estate appraisal, and loan documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Sound understanding of real estate market trends, financing instruments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strengthen partnerships with developers, brokers, and other institutions to generate loan business.
