This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Sydney Time (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM Manila Time)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will own the management, optimization, and enhancement of the HubSpot platform. You'll develop and refine automated workflows, support lead generation efforts, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure HubSpot drives measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Management: Administer and maintain HubSpot for day-to-day operations.

  • Automation & Workflows: Build and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes.

  • Lead Generation: Design and execute strategies to capture and nurture high-quality leads.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Create reports and dashboards to track performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.

  • CRM Optimization: Customize HubSpot to ensure accurate data tracking and effective segmentation.

  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align HubSpot processes with business goals.

  • Training & Support: Provide guidance and best practices for team members using HubSpot.


Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist (or similar role).

  • Expertise in workflows, automation, reporting, and user management within HubSpot.

  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and CRM optimization.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable recommendations.

  • Familiarity with third-party tool integrations (e.g., Zapier, N8N).

  • Excellent English communication skills for effective team collaboration.

  • Highly proactive and able to manage tasks independently.

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, or CRM) highly preferred.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with ClickUp for task and workload management.

  • Knowledge of React (HubSpot's coding language) – a strong advantage.

  • Flexibility to adjust hours to ensure overlap with Australian business hours.
