We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AUTIN Service Engineer to join our growing telecommunications engineering team. This role will focus on supporting, developing, and maintaining OSS systems and cloud-based platforms to optimize network operations and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in telecom infrastructure, OSS architecture, and cloud-based DevOps operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead DevOps activities based on cloud architecture (OWS).

  • Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with the operations team and support solution implementation in the OWS platform.

  • Integrate Northbound and Southbound interfaces for OSS systems.

  • Perform infrastructure installation, cabling, IP configuration, daily maintenance, and routine troubleshooting.

  • Handle daily OWS operations such as basic data configuration, application adaptation, user training, issue tracking, and upgrade coordination.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to enhance operation maturity using OWS tools and demonstrate added value to customers.

Qualifications and Technical Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of Telecommunication Infrastructure and OSS architecture.

  • Understanding of Northbound/Southbound OSS technologies.

  • In-depth experience with multi-vendor OSS systems and OSS system management (e.g., FM NMS, WFM, SDM, IMS).

  • Advanced proficiency in Unix, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.

  • Strong understanding of complex database queries and PL/SQL.

  • Proficient in programming and database skills:

    • Languages: PHP, JavaScript, Java, HTML

    • Databases: Oracle, Sybase

  • Solid grasp of Java frameworks (preferred).

  • Familiarity with server hardware, Datacom, and infrastructure setup.

  • Experience with tools such as Netcool (IBMS), BMC Remedy, and ITSM platforms.

  • Background in cloud technologies (Amazon Web Services, Alibaba Cloud, etc.) is a plus.

Professional Skills:

  • Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, VBA

  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Basic data analysis capabilities for monitoring faults and summarizing reports

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team

  • Telecom industry experience is preferred

  • Cloud experience is an advantage
