Bookkeeper (Xero Experience)

Hey there We're on the lookout for a super-organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. If you're a whiz with numbers and have experience working with Xero, you might just be the perfect fit

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping our financial records up to date and accurate (you're the hero behind the numbers)
  • Managing invoices, payments, and expenses like a pro
  • Reconciling accounts and making sure everything balances out (because nobody likes mismatches)
  • Generating financial reports to keep us in the loop on how we're doing
  • Lending a hand with payroll and making sure everyone gets paid on time

Who You Are:

  • You've got experience as a bookkeeper, especially with
    Xero
    (bonus points if you know your way around other accounting tools too)
  • Detail-oriented is your middle name, and numbers are your best friend
  • You love keeping things organized and have a knack for problem-solving
  • You're proactive and love getting things done without being micromanaged
  • You're great at communicating with the team and can explain financial stuff without making it sound boring
