Business Development Rep (BDR) –LDR Site Services

LDR Site Services is a national provider of site services, specializing in dumpsters, portable restrooms, temporary fencing, and related solutions for construction projects. We are seeking a driven 
Business Development Representative
 to focus on outbound sales efforts, generating qualified leads and booking appointments with project managers in the construction industry. This is a client-facing role supporting LDR's growth objectives, requiring excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-activity outbound environment.

As a BDR dedicated to 
LDR Site Services
, you will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting to identify, qualify, and engage project managers at construction companies that fit LDR's ideal customer profile. Your outreach will include phone calls, email, and SMS to lists provided by the client, along with lead enrichment to ensure you are speaking with the right decision-makers. Your efforts will directly fuel LDR's sales pipeline, helping the company connect with more construction projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and SMS to leads provided by LDR.
  • Research and enrich lead lists to ensure accurate contact information and decision-maker targeting.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for LDR's sales team.
  • Book appointments and ensure smooth handoffs to account executives.
  • Track activities and progress in LDR's CRM.
  • Handle objections effectively and keep conversations moving toward meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LDR's services, pricing, and differentiators.
  • Monitor outreach results and provide feedback on messaging, targeting, and trends.

Tip:
 Strong English communication skills- both spoken and written are essential for driving positive results through calls and emails.

Requirements

  • Neutral English Accent and excellent voice and written communication.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written English with a neutral accent.
  • Proven success in outbound calling, email, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Skilled in objection handling and creating rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM tools for tracking outreach and results.
  • Comfortable working US hours and adapting to the US holiday calendar.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience generating leads for construction, industrial services, or logistics companies.
  • Familiarity with lead enrichment tools and research methods.
  • Familiarity with Call Tracking Metrics for outreach preferred
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting-booking targets.
  • Understanding of the construction project sales cycle and decision-making process.

Compensation

  • This is a full-time remote position
  • Salary is a generous 80% base + 20% commission with target compensation of 30,000-50,000 PHP/mo
