We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and appointment setting for our business. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of outbound activities. This role is critical for expanding our customer base and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  1. Lead Prospecting & List Building

  2. Research and build lists of potential business customers using LinkedIn, online directories, and internal CRM.

  3. Use tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, or similar for data enrichment (if available).

  4. Outbound Outreach

  5. Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to initiate contact with decision-makers.

  6. Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or CHAMP.

  7. Appointment Setting

  8. Book meetings for Account Executives or BDMs with qualified prospects.

  9. Maintain a set number of daily/weekly outbound touchpoints.

  10. CRM & Pipeline Management

  11. Accurately log all activities, leads, and outcomes into Zoho CRM.

  12. Maintain data hygiene and follow-up tasks on schedule.

  13. Market Research & Intelligence

  14. Stay updated on competitors, market changes, and target industries.

  15. Identify key buying signals and industry trends.

  16. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  17. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.

  18. Align with Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • 1-3 years of SDR/telemarketing or lead gen experience (preferably in B2B tech, ICT, or telecom).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels.
  • Competency with CRM tools (Zoho preferred), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, even when remote.
  • Basic understanding of VoIP, internet, and ICT services is a bonus.
