Job Summary
- Provides support services pertinent to HRD and administrative functions for the department.
Duties:
TIMEKEEPING
Monitors the timekeeping machines and registers new users
- Downloads, process time entries and distributes timecards to employees
- Coordinates with MIS and Acctg-Payroll on timekeeping related activities.
- Posts Leave of Absence (LOA) forms on individual leave ledger
- Assists in the reconciliation of benefits for year end release
- Timekeeps the attendance of those using the Officer's Time Sheets (OTS)
Timekeeps the attendance of special workers
ADMINISTRATIVE
Process the attendance and billings of security agency personnel
- Monitors and administers all processes related to insurance claims
Issues and collates requests for conversion of benefits and cash advances
Prepares monthly and annual reports relative to the above
Qualifications:
- College graduate; preferable Human Resource Management, Psychology or Behavioral Science major
- With knowledge in doing manual and automated timekeeping
- Alert, attentive to details and can work with minimum supervision
- Can communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Willing to be assigned in other company within Caloocan City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,500.00 per month
