Job Title: HR Staff

Job Summary

The HR Staff is responsible for supporting daily human resource operations, including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and supports employees and management in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
  • Conduct employee orientation and induction programs

Employee Records & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records (personal files, contracts, attendance)
  • Update HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Handle employee documentation such as ID cards, contracts, and confirmations

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll processing
  • Assist with benefits administration (insurance, leaves, incentives)
  • Respond to employee payroll and benefits-related inquiries

Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support audits and statutory requirements

Employee Relations

  • Address basic employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives

Training & Development

  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops
  • Maintain training records and feedback

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
