HR Recruitment Staff

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruitment Staff who is passionate, results-driven, and has a strong personality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing qualified candidates to meet the manpower needs of our clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels (online platforms, referrals, job fairs, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess applicants' qualifications and compatibility
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future client demands
- Manage candidate database and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor hiring progress and ensure timely completion of recruitment processes
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Provide updates and reports to the recruitment supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and job platforms is a plus
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
