Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Financial Management, Accounting, or any related courses
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a broker or sales-related role (e.g., Sales Coordinator, International Sales Coordinator); experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and able to multitask
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferrably from Metro Manila only

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists brokers in addressing inquiries regarding projects, sample calculations, inventory, reservations, and documentation-related concerns.
  • Sends timely responses with accurate sample computations, project information, and unit availability
  • Actively recruits new licensed brokers on a monthly basis.
  • Meets or exceeds monthly sales production targets set by the management
  • Conducts regular sales activities including project rehashes, broker visits, online meetings, webinars, and foundation training sessions
  • Conducts Broker Group/Chapter presentations during Sales Assembly and Conventions
  • Provides support in closing accounts, as needed.
