Contact Center Platform Engineer

- Automation: You will be responsible for the creation and management of automation workflows using Terraform.
- Cloud Telephony: You will manage and resolve complex escalations for our cloud-based platforms, such as Nuance.
- Server Management: You will provide deep, expert-level server support for the Calabrio platform.
- Security: You will lead and execute security patching across all on-premises platforms, including Avaya, Dtools, Sprinkler, and Verint.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior engineering role focusing on platform management.
Deep, demonstrable expertise in either:
Cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code (specifically Terraform).
- On-premises server administration, management, and security patching.
- Strong knowledge of contact center technologies and architecture.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and resolve complex, systemic issues.
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise in both Cloud/Automation and Infrastructure/Security specializations.
- Professional certifications such as Terraform Associate, AWS/GCP Certified Engineer, or relevant security certifications (e.g., Security+).
- Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
